Camping

All tickets for our 24 for 24 edition include camping - bring your own tent for free and pitch up or rent a tent for charity.

NOTE: You will need to be offsite promptly on Sunday when the event ends. Please be conscious that you must be fit to drive to leave the site.

CamPERVANS

You can purchase a campervan pass to park in the live-in vehicle area on site. Please note that we are unable to hook-up power or facilitate the disposal of chemical waste on-site.

Rent a Tent for Charity

Watching Trees is working with Homeless Project Scotland, a charity supporting homeless, vulnerable & less fortunate families across Scotland.

If you don’t feel like constructing or bringing your own dwelling for the weekend, you can Rent a Tent for charity where you can get a regular tent set up and ready to go for your arrival, just bring your own bedding or sleeping bags. Not only will you be travelling light but the tents will be donated to Homeless Project Scotland after the event to help those in need - all lovingly hand delivered by our very own Jonnie! All we ask is for you to kindly pack up your tent for the delivery.

Local Accommodation

If you’d prefer something more luxurious there are many local accommodation options in and around the Bath and Chippenham area.

Volunteering

Watching Trees is run by a small team and with limited capacity of just 500 people. We had some amazing volunteers in 2022 that helped us deliver that magical weekend. We are pleased to open the volunteer ticket scheme again.

We really, really appreciate your support. As many of these shifts include health & safety aspects, please do only apply if you are confident you will be able to carry out the shifts in a responsible manner during the festival.

What is involved?

We need a small team of volunteers to do shifts over the 24 hours (shifts are between 3 and 4 hours depending on the work involved). No prior experience is necessary and the role will be explained to you in advance. Examples of the types of shifts:

  • Assistance at the gate, wristbanding & checking tickets
  • Assisting at the car park to manage arrivals
  • Stewarding at key points throughout the site
  • Litter picking to help keep the site clean
WHAT WILL I GET IN RETURN?

All volunteers will receive a ticket to Watching Trees.

HOW DO I APPLY?

If you are selected for the volunteer scheme, you will be asked to place a £50 deposit which will be fully refunded when you arrive for your shift. Prior to the event, you will be sent your assigned shift and times along with detailed volunteer information.
